Universal Worker was founded by two US doctorally prepared nurses. Their experience as healthcare executives, educators and researchers provided the foundation to launch Universal Worker as a world class healthcare consulting company.

In the mid 1990’s they researched and soon realized how severe the impending nursing shortage would become. Recognizing that the US supply of nurses could not meet the demand, they established a world class training facility in the Philippines and became a conduit for Filipino nurses seeking a life and career in the United States.

Over the years, Universal Worker’s reputation both as a training school and recruiting company has spread throughout the Philippines. Today, the company has become a valuable supply source to many healthcare systems throughout the United States.
